Our aim is that all children develop to the best of their ability and are given equal opportunity to learn and play at their own pace.
Food
All of our meals are prepared on site by our qualified and experienced chef. We cater for all cultural and dietary needs.
Outdoor Learning
We are proud of our two extensive large outdoor areas. We love playing outside daily and in all weathers, including forest school play.
Our Sessions
- Our opening times are 7.30am to 6.00pm.
- Full and half day care
- 52 weeks of the year (excluding bank holidays)
- Holiday club
- Wrap-around care including transport to/from local schools
- Emergency short notice care when needed
- At least two FREE settling-in sessions
Opening Hours
Full-day session: 7.30am/8.00am– 6pm
Morning session: 7.30am/8.00am– 1pm
Afternoon session: 1pm – 6pm

In 2024, we gained the Quality for All mark by Early Years Wales. This is a sector-recognised award for our standards and commitment. As part of the scheme we must reach the re-accreditation standards annually.

Fees
Please get in touch to find out what the fee is for the sessions you require. We accept all childcare vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare and online payments. Discounts are available.
We deliver the Childcare Offer which gives a discount to eligible parents of 3-year-olds.
The Team
A nursery is only as good as the team of nursery educators. Our team consists of 30 members. Two experienced and qualified managers who have been with Plantos for more than 17 years are in charge of the day-to-day running of the nursery and the learning and development of each child.
Team leaders are based in each room together with their group of educators. Our chef prepares all our meals freshly on-site. All of our team are DBS checked and either qualified or working towards their qualifications.

FUN FACT: I was a ballerina with the Royal Academy dance school until I was a teenager.
